Our Bumble Bee, Stinger and The Buzz Staff make a huge effort throughout the year by participating in many different events or projects in the community. Here are some of the things that we have been a part of.
Greeley Stampede 2009
The Buzz donated coffee and gelato for the Bunkhouse during the whole event.
Greeley Chamber of Commerce
The Buzz is a proud member of the Greeley Chamber.
Taste of Weld County
The Buzz has participated in this event for the last 2 years. All proceeds go to Greeley nonprofit organization Child Advocacy Resource and Education. We handed out tasters of our wonderful gelato to 300 guests.
Schools, Schools & Schools
We have donated coffee many times to different schools in our community for meetings, events, after-proms and much more.
United Way Palazzo Event
The Buzz donated gelato for the official kick-off of the 2009-2010 Community Wide Campaign.
We are proud to be a Greeley business and are very thankful for the support we have from the Community!
Other Community Support
The Buzz prides itself on supporting neighborhood bakeries. We have a diverse selection of fresh cookies, cinnamon rolls, bagels, muffins, flavored breads, Panini and breakfast burritos.
One of our most proud relationships that we have established is with The Arc of Weld County, a grassroots, non-profit organization committed to creating opportunities for children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Their Hand-to-Hand Bagel project employs approximately 6 to 10 self-advocates and sells bagel chips and wholesale bagels in the community.
All proceeds go towards the wages and business expenses for the Hand-to-Hand Bagel employees. The Buzz buys hundreds of bagels per month from the Hand-to-Hand Bagel project.
